IN Illinois almost all Apartment places do background checks. How far back do they actually go with the report?
I know someone who lives in an apartment complex very nice and are rigorous in making credit checks and background checks, but one of the neighbors who live in their palace knows for sure who have spent some time in prison 15 years ago. When asked this person about it they said that does not appear in the background so you do not tell them.
