I have a felony in Illinois I live in another state every background check I’ve had done comes back clean ?
It does come back clean, Any idea how That Worked Out? Ounce again it is coming back clean! Like I have no job recordMy Consist of NCIS Background Checks Took a drug case for my husband. He got caught with the drugs and I Told the cops it was mine. The courts I did not want me and pleaded with me not to take the case but I was a fool and wouldnt listen. When I Plead Guilty the judge Looked at me and said I’m gonna give you 30 days to change your mind then I Sentenced to probation Which i did not need. When the law caught up with me two years later I was on the run from my husband and moved all around the world being wellness. My D. V. counslor Told Them contacted the courts and what was going on the judge Told Me I Did not have to come back to court no more just finish paying off the fines When I Could. Is there a chance the judge wiped it off my record?

Everything goes with you, no matter where you move. Databases are used for background checks Usually nationwide searches, so I’m afraid it will come back to haunt you. You need to be clean on your application buddy. You’re Supposed To Disclose That info up front, not are you? If You Did not you are sure to get a job!

Yes Your In A State That does not have to compact with Illinois. A compact state is felony and misdemeanor One That Convictions shares with other states.

Depends on what you Were convicted of and did you do prison time. Prison time gets onto databases, Sometimes a conviction with probation order and does not get onto other federal or state database-just stay in the county court records as unclassified offense and disposition-consider it sloppy bookkeeping. SS number and date of birth records in Illinois Might not be to be matched with the search request. How long or how recent was back Can Also Influence Conviction Records May Not Have Been-oldest put online and is still on paper or were at county office building, less than newest-year-may still be in process. Spelling of name to throw things off May-Criminal ‘Chris’ May Be in the records as ‘Kris’, as Johnson or Jonson Jensen. Mexican names are a big problem as the convention has Italiano fathers / patronymic name as ending the convention while the Spanish HAD Given name, family name Fathers, Mothers family name-then the aliases section of record May have variations of the name but full formal name of Mexican Often shortened to is incorrect Italiano pattern with mothers name listed as last name. Finger print check is only true way to get some traffic Arrests records for federal search-and can take a couple days if equipment Is not readily available. ** Final info given-Quite possible to judge changed Misdemeanor charge and time served / paid order-no felony charge on record, a possible misdemeanor That Might Have Been Purged records from a year after payment of fines. Did not know you do prison time served no record of felony sentance. No jury trials or court trials-conflicted guilty plea to misdemeanor plea bargain marked as to save time courts ** probable
