Background Checks Illinois

I am the president of a small corporation. The other partners (vice president & treasurer) is running the business illegally. Its a caregiver and the business partners to do background checks before refuses Placing a caregiver, Which is required by the State of Illinois. Also, They Took me off of the checking account Because I Told Them I want to dissolve the corporation. Now I cannot see the financials.
